Refund Policy

The trial assessment is free and is not a purchase.

If a Launch License or InfiSEC AI Professional license was charged by mistake, or the key cannot be activated, email admin@infinet.services within 14 days of payment. Include the account email and the Stripe receipt.

Refunds are not offered after the license key has been used to run assessments beyond the free trial, except where the app cannot deliver the purchased license.

The optional yearly update and support fee, when charged, can be cancelled before the next year. The perpetual license you already bought stays active.
